What this is
MSRX IncognitoCV is a free, browser-based résumé matching and rewriting tool. There is no account, no fee and no subscription.
Using it means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use it.
Who you are agreeing with
MSRX IncognitoCV is operated by Mrinal Singh Raja, an individual, publishing under the name "MSRX". MSRX is a brand name, not a registered company, and nothing here should be read as implying a company behind it.
In these terms "we", "us", "our" and "MSRX" mean Mrinal Singh Raja. "You" means the person using MSRX IncognitoCV. Written notice reaches us at mrinalsinghraja@gmail.com.
What leaves your browser, and what does not
Two different things happen in this app and they have completely different privacy properties. Mixing them up is the mistake this section exists to prevent.
The match score is computed entirely inside your browser. Your résumé and the job posting are read by JavaScript on your own device, compared there, and the result is shown there. Nothing is transmitted. You can disconnect from the network and it still works.
The AI rewrite is not local. When you ask for an optimised résumé or a cover letter, the résumé text and the job description you pasted are sent to our server function, which forwards them to Groq, our model provider, to generate the result. A résumé usually contains your name, contact details and employment history, so this is real personal data leaving your device to a third party.
If you do not want that, use the match score and the keyword gaps — which are local — and do the rewriting yourself. The app is useful without ever calling the model.
Your résumé stays yours
We claim no rights over anything you paste in or take out. We could not usefully do so in any case: the match scorer never receives your text, and the rewrite is not retained after the response is returned to you.
You are responsible for having the right to process what you paste — for example, that a job description you copied is yours to use that way.
Anything generated by a model can be wrong
Rewrites and cover letters are drafts for you to check, never results to send unread. They can contain claims about you that are not true. See the disclaimer page.
We do not warrant that generated material is accurate, complete or fit for any purpose.
What you may not do
- Use MSRX IncognitoCV for anything unlawful, or to infringe somebody else's rights.
- Paste somebody else's personal data without a lawful basis for doing so.
- Generate material that misrepresents your qualifications, licences or right to work.
- Attempt to break, overload, probe or circumvent any limit, security control or rate limit.
- Use automated means to extract content at scale, or resell access to the service.
Availability and fair use
The AI features run on a free upstream quota shared by everyone using the site. They rate-limit and sometimes fail. The service is provided as it is, with no guarantee that it will be available or uninterrupted, and it may change or stop at any time.
Nothing is stored, so there is nothing to export before it does. Keep your own copy of anything you want to keep.
No warranty, and the limit of what we owe
To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunity, or any employment outcome, arising from your use of MSRX IncognitoCV.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability for all claims is limited to one thousand Indian rupees (₹1,000). Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian law.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.
If you use the service as a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove rights your local law gives you that cannot be removed by agreement. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
Changes
Material changes move the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after that means accepting the revised terms.
